My research areas could be broadly divided into following areas:
Teaching
In general, reflects my research interests. More specifically, I teach
both undergraduate and graduate courses that are designed for students
interested in food marketing management and the industrial organization of the
food industries. An additional and continued goal is to create a strong
curriculum in the economics of food marketing.
