NEW!: Chart of Environmental Programs Rutgers University has recently reaffirmed its strong commitment to the environment through its signing of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Policy. Rutgers has also entered the first voluntary agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) to perform a thorough environmental audit of all its colleges at all its campuses. These pages will help you identify and connect to environmental resources at Rutgers to meet your particular need. In particular, Cook College and the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES), together have grown into one of the premier environmental institutions in the state. Our resources serve students, the public, governmental officials at all levels, academic and research communities, businesses of all kinds, environmental and other community organizations, and environmental professionals. Rutgers Cooperative Extension performs a wide range of research and outreach functions, including traditional outreach to farmers and homeowners on everything from integrated pest management, proper plant selection, to nutrition and non-point source pollution. A variety of environmental offerings may be found at Rutgers' other colleges, including Rutgers-Newark, with its Supply Chain Management Center featuring broad interactions between supply chain managers and participating scholars, and students (contact Professor Lei Lei, llei@andromeda.rutgers.edu). The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy has a variety of curriculum offerings in environmental policy areas. Both of Rutgers law schools, located in Camden and Newark, have clinics dealing with environmental law, and environmental equity issues in particular. As you will see this is just a sampling...
