Cook College/NJAES Environmental and Natural Resources Council

The Environmental and Natural Resources Council is composed of representatives
of the various environmental departments, centers, and institutes at Cook College
/NJAES, with advisors from related programs at Rutgers, the State University.

The Council's charge is as follows:

The Council will have the responsibility to coordinate Cook College's programs
in environmental science, conservation, and policy, and in so doing to move
Cook College to the forefront of science and policy in this area.

The Council will do this by promoting multidisciplinary research and extramural
and intramural research partnerships, by ensuring the visibility and effective
communication of our programs and of the activities and needs of stakeholders,
and by creating conditions for synergy among the related units.

Bonnie McCay, Chair of Human Ecology serves as chair of the Council and
Priscilla Hayes, Environmental Coordinator, Office of Research, NJAES as
Co-Chair.
