Vil-12, Ercole & Italo have been sown later (because of seed availability):
Vil-12 2 May 2002; in trays and transplanted on 11 June 2002
Ercole & Italo 15 May 2002; in trays and transplanted on 21 June 2002


Planting: 13 March 2003
Method: crowns
Depth: 20 cm
Row spacing: 1,65 meter between rows
Plant density: 4 plants per meter
Plots: 20 plants per plot


Field evaluation: 2003 week 44 (end of October)


Harvest: 2004 9 April until 14 May
Product: white asparagus
Ridge height: 35 cm above crowns
Rridge cover: no cover, bare soil
Frequency: harvested and evaluated on a daily basis
