The 3rd International Asparagus Cultivar Trial

 

 

The Third International Asparagus Cultivar Trial (3rdIACT) was organized at the 10th International Asparagus Symposium at Niigata, Japan in 2001.

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate some of the best hybrids developed in recent years by major asparagus programs for their performance.

The trial is being conducted at 20 locations around the world.

The trial began in the spring of 2002 in Northern Hemisphere and in the fall of 2002 in Southern Hemisphere.
