The
4th
International Asparagus Cultivar Trial |
Establishment of a Fourth International Asparagus Cultivar Trial (4th IACT) was discussed at the 12th International Asparagus Symposium at Lima, Peru, 2009.
The purpose of the trial is to evaluate some of the elite hybrids developed in recent years by various asparagus breeding programs for their performance in different parts of the world.
The trial will begin in 2010 or 2011 depending on trial location and time of seed availability.
